Learning a second language could seem boring, but it isn't, especially if you have the opportunity to practise English in an English Speaking country. In fact, every day more and more people agree with the idea that it is necessary to travel abroad in order to practise the language.

This is why some months ago, Isaac Peral secondary school decided to apply for the Erasmus+ Programme to improve the teachers' abilities as far as the English language is concerned. Fortunately, our project was shortlisted and consequently seven teachers of different subjects travelled abroad -four of them to Dublin.

As soon as we arrived in Ireland, we could see the spectacular green colour of the countryside.

The accommodation was at Trinity College, we could hardly imagine a better residence, for three weeks we lived in this Ireland's oldest University. We visited The Library of Trinity College where we could see 'The book of Kells' which is by far the most famous book of this Library.

We studied the Irish Culture and learnt a little more about Irish people.

We'd like to thank and congratulate the European Commission for this programme that provides opportunities for learning, training and acquiring work experience.
